Grand Haven Charter Township accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payments can also be made through PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
A convenience fee will be applied to ALL payments to cover the cost of processing the transaction and will be paid directly to Invoice Cloud, the Township’s vendor.
Credit/Debit card fee – 3.25% with a minimum fee of $1.95
ACH or E-Check – $1.95
IVR (phone payment fee) – $0.95

Customers can drop off their utility payment 24/7 in the white drop box in front of the Administrative Building at 13300 168th Avenue. Enclose your check along with your payment stub inside the sealed envelope. Payments are collected daily at 8:00AM. Any payments placed in the dropbox after 8:00am will be posted to the next business day.
