Grand Haven Charter Township bills its commercial and industrial customers monthly, while residential customers are billed quarterly. Please refer to the charter below to identify the read, billing and payment due dates for all cycles.

Current Water and Sewer Rates

Bills are calculated using two factors:

  • Customer Service Charge– This covers the costs of maintenance, repair, and replacement of the systems. It is always charged even if there is no water or sewer usage.
  • Usage Charges – These cover the costs of purchasing the water and treating the sewer, which is passed on through Ottawa County Public Utilities for the water and wastewater treatment plants.
